As part of the Centenary celebrations for the Girl Guides organisation,
Brownies across the UK were given the task of riding on a steam train.
But North Wales Brownies went one better and rode a steam train to visit a
castle. On Saturday June 19th 211 youngsters from across Anglesey and their
leaders rode the Welsh Highland Railway on a special train from Waunfawr to
Caernarfon before visiting the castle.
The Brownies are pictured at Dinas as 138 arrives with their special
train.
